This depends on the project, but typically we run a three to four-person crew. A director/producer, director of photography, grip, and audio tech.  Depending on the size of the project as well as the budget, we can utilize a smaller crew if it is best for the project.

We have vast experience in working with large, national corporations in markets such as finance, healthcare, and technology. Warhola Productions is familiar with the contracts, NDA’s and millions of dollars of insurance coverage needed to work with these industries. We even have IT security policies in place that lay out our procedures to ensure compliance.

Video production costs can vary greatly as there are a lot of factors involved. Is it a feature film? A 30 second video for social media? We are experienced working with all kinds of budgets and projects and look forward to discussing your particular project over a cup of coffee!

Of course this depends on a lot of factors as well. The length of your video project as well as the type of production will be a big factor, but we pride ourselves on a quick turnaround. We have completed some videos in less than a week, but most projects are turned around in 2-3 weeks.

Warhola Productions has worked with many sectors of business including finance, safety, higher-education, small business, healthcare, technology, and transportation. If you are in corporate communications, marketing, safety, or public relations… we take great pride in ensuring our services incorporate seamlessly with your business!

In this new world of Artificial Intelligence, some of the technology exists, but is a little scary. We use AI in our cameras to track focus, adjust images, help with scripting or captions, but truth be told, there is nothing like the result of good old-fashioned hard work, and we aren’t afraid of that either.

Absolutely! We have produced many videos using only client provided photos, logos, and video clips. Our creative and skilled editors and motion graphic artist will create a story using your provided assets and polish it like a sparkling diamond!

We work with several talent agencies to help you choose from a pool of talent from on-camera, speaking roles to b-roll and voice-overs. We can help cast the perfect talent and provide audition samples to help you choose.

We pride ourselves on keeping up with the latest technologies with cameras, lenses, computers, switchers and cloud services. Our inventory of equipment is extensive and always up to date including full-frame 4k cameras and lenses capable of shooting all the way up to 240 frames per second for buttery smooth slow motion. We also keep up to date with the latest computer technology such as Apple’s silicone chips as well as the most current software from Adobe for fast render times.

Almost every video we deliver is uploaded to our Vimeo Business page for your review upon completion of the first draft (unless you prefer a different method). We provide a review link where you can comment as you play the video and the comments are linked to the timestamp allowing our editors to know precisely what revisions you require.  We then revise the video and re-upload so that you can preview the final video and make additional comments if needed. Once it is perfect, you can click the download button and choose whatever quality you like… typically, from 4k down to standard definition mobile if you need it to be small in file size.

Yes, we do backups using our own propriety method to ensure that your footage and editing project are retrievable at a later date.  We store these files both locally as well as in the cloud using our Dropbox Business account (unless otherwise defined by the project).
